You have a lot of responsibility to uphold, as you will have to deal with stress, and possibly more. Now this doesn't mean you don't get to have fun!
We are a team, and we work together to keep this chat a safe, friendly place, somewhere a person could call home.
Where everyone can belong, have fun, and make tons of memories with friends.
This is a successful Chatland.
When you fill out an application, and you will be set to a "trainee" status and there on if you show you can successfully do your job you will be promoted to higher ranks
As you get older, you may also be promoted to higher admin positions.
As you are accepted, you will need to fill out a Confidentiality Contract.
This explains that you CANNOT leak any information about any staff events/info/discussions to members and or other chatsites.
If you fail to follow this contract, you will be demoted, retired, and we will remove all of your privileges.
Admins will need to be professional, as you are being looked up to and you represent this chatland.
You are the rule enforcers and you serve as models of good behavior.

Intolerable behavior includes:
-swearing at users and ignoring them for whatever reason
-Use of derogatory slurs or name calling
-Goofing off (unless you are in a private room)
